Visit from Professor Erik Wennermark and Sanela Pinjić to Our Faculty

On Thursday we hosted Professor Erik Wennermark, an experienced ELT professional, and Sanela Pinjic from the American Corner Zenica. They met with 2nd year ELD students and teachers and shared their personal experience on teaching English across the world. We discussed culture shock teachers face when working abroad, the opportunities presented to pre-service teachers in the form of international exchange programs offered by the U.S. Embassy, and the benefits of travelling and working in foreign countries, as well as challenges that help build character and expertise in the field of ELT. We are looking forward to another visit by Professor Wennermark in June when he is to hold a workshop for the students at our Faculty.
