Origami workshop at our faculty as part of the STUFEK student culture festival!

An inspiring origami workshop was held at the Faculty of Philosophy, led by Assoc. prof. Ph.D. Naida Bikić. Students of the third year of the Classroom Teaching Study Program actively participated in the workshop, who developed their pedagogical and didactic skills through this creative technique.

Students made a heart, a butterfly, a swan and a frog, and through the process they perfected their patience, precision and motor skills. Origami, in addition to encouraging creativity, also has significant pedagogical value:
📌 It helps in the development of fine motor skills in children.
📌 Strengthens concentration and attention.
📌 Encourages logical and spatial thinking.
📌 Develops persistence and patience through gradual mastering of more complex shapes.

This workshop was a great opportunity for future teachers to gain new methods that they can use in teaching, making learning more interesting and interactive!
