SIGNED AGREEMENT WITH THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR AFFAIRS ZDK ON THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL

On March 19, 2024. in the premises of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, after obtaining the consent of the Government of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, a contract was signed for the use of the swimming pool for the purposes of conducting classes in the subject Swimming students of the Physical Education and Sport study program of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica. The contract was signed by the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Emir Vračo, and the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy, van. prof. Ph.D. Alica Arnaut.
Due to the absence of a swimming pool in the city of Zenica, the students of the Physical Education and Sport study program do not have the conditions to teach, so the management of the Faculty was forced to look for alternative solutions so that the lessons could be realized. In January of the current year, the first meetings of representatives of the Ministry and the Faculty of Philosophy were held, where the terms of use of the swimming pool in the Special Police Center of the MUP of the ZDK were agreed upon. By the way, in the Physical Education and Sports study program, Swimming is a second-year subject, so the first generation of students of this study program will have all the conditions to implement the exercise within this subject at full capacity with the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the ZDK.
