PROFESSORS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ZENICA PARTICIPATED IN THE TENTH INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF THE TURKISH LANGUAGE IN ANKARA

We are proud to announce that our professors participated in the Tenth International Turkish Language Congress, which was organized by the Turkish Linguistic Society in Ankara from 26. 9. 2024 to 27. 9. 2024. At the Tenth International Turkish Language Congress, the head of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zenica, Prof. Dr. Edina Solak and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mirza Bašić presented a scientific paper entitled "An Assessment of Horse Names Introduced into Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian Through the Mediation of Turkish".
The Turkish Linguistic Society (Türk Dil Kurumu) was founded on July 12, 1932, and the primary goal of the institution is the systematic scientific research of the Turkish language. Since its establishment in 1932, the umbrella Turkish linguistic institution has organized nine international Turkish language congresses.
