ON AMENDMENTS l SUPPLEMENT TO THE LAW ON HIGHER EDUCATION

Article 1.
(Amendment of Article 17 - Elaborate on the establishment of higher education in apartments)

(l) In the Law on Higher Education ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj canton", number: 6/09, 9/ 13 and 13/ 13), in Article 17, paragraph (5), the text that reads: "six months at the latest before the beginning of the academic year" is replaced by the text: "until March 31. current year".

(2) Paragraph (6) is deleted.

Article 2.
(From amendments to Article 149 - Right to complete studies)

(l) In Article 149, paragraph (3), after the part of the text that reads: "which were valid until the entry into force of the Framework Law", the following text is added: "with the obligation to complete the studies they have started no later than September 30, 2018. years".

(2) In paragraph (4) the numbers: "312.2016." are replaced by numbers: "31.12.20 18.".

(3) In paragraph (5) numbers: "12.20 16." are replaced by numbers: "31. 12.2018".

(4) In paragraph (5) numbers: "12.20 14." are replaced by numbers: "31. 12.2018".

Article 3.
(Amendment of Article l56. - Recognition of foreign qualifications and periods of study)

Article 156 is amended to read:

(l) "The recognition of foreign qualifications and periods of study will be carried out according to the Rulebook on the recognition of foreign educational qualifications, which will be adopted by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports."

(2) Until the adoption of the Rulebook on the recognition of foreign educational qualifications, the provisions of the Law on Nostrification and Equivalence of Foreign School Certificates - revised text ("Official Gazette of SR BiH", number 7/88) will be applied.

Article 4.
(Effective)

The law enters into force the day after its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton".
