Exchange of academic staff:

1. The departure and return of the teaching staff, as well as daily allowances, are borne by the university to which the teachers go.
During the stay, the professor pays for accommodation and food, and the universities make available their hotels and kitchens.
2. The professor should hold at least 6 lectures during the week, or fulfill his obligations through participation in panels, conferences, congresses, etc.
3. The professor will give his lecture or presentation in English or Turkish.
4. The time period of the exchange of teaching and scientific staff is at least 7 days and at most 3 months.

Student exchange:

1. The universities to which the students go do not bear the costs of departure and return, accommodation and food, but they give a scholarship (about 750 TL) which is sufficient for the student for accommodation and food, since the universities make available their hotels, student dormitories and kitchens, which are relatively favorable.
2. Students who wish to participate in the exchange should know the Turkish language (English/German for those programs conducted in this language) in order to be able to follow the lectures. The student is obliged to submit a certificate of knowledge of the language in which classes are held, which can be issued by the appropriate department at the faculty.
3. Students can apply for exchange for a minimum of one and a maximum of two semesters.
