The fifth student conference on the occasion of English Language Day 2025 was held yesterday at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica. This year, the Conference is part of STUFEK along with a number of other events and activities at the Faculty of Philosophy.

After the ceremonial opening of the conference and the introductory speech by Dean Alice Arnaut, on behalf of the management of the Faculty of Philosophy, Professor Larisa Kasumagić-Kafedžić of the University of Sarajevo gave an introductory speech on the topic of "Action Research in Language Education".

The Conference was attended by 34 students from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, and France, presenting papers in the fields of English language, Anglophone literature and culture, and translation.

The working language of the conference was English, and the presented papers were the result of months of research work under the mentorship of professors and assistants. In addition to academic exchange, the event enabled students to connect and exchange experiences with colleagues from different countries.

The conference was additionally supported by Sprind dd and Klas dd, to whom we would like to thank for their support.
