Competition for students of the University of Zenica for mobility in 2018/19. within the Erasmus+ program cooperation with partner countries KA107- University of Saarland, Germany

The Office for International Cooperation of the University of Zenica announces the Call for Applications for exchange students in the summer semester 2018/2019 within the Erasmus+ program for the University of Saarland, Germany. For students who are selected, the program provides a monthly scholarship (between 750 and 850 euros) as well as compensation for travel expenses based on the budget of EC distance calculator.

Field study: languages, materials, law (if there are not enough candidates from these study programs, applications from other study programs will also be taken into account)

Year of study: I, II study cycle

Duration of mobility: summer semester of the academic year 2018/19

Application deadline: November 20, 2017

With the application, candidates are required to attach the following:

  1. Proof of student status at the University of Zenica (not older than three months)
  2. Certificate of passed exams (not older than three months)/ students of the II cycle of Diploma Supplement studies
  3. A copy of a valid passport
  4. CV
  5. Motivational letter in English or German
  6. Proposal of the Learning Agreement (The proposal of the Learning Agreement is prepared in cooperation with the ECTS coordinator of the faculty. When applying, the document does not have to be signed, but students are required to submit the signed document on the day of the interview.)
  7. Students of the second cycle of studies who, as part of their mobility, plan to do research for their final thesis are required to submit a research plan
  8. Certificate of knowledge of the language (certificate from the professor/certificate/proof of passing the exam)

Candidates will be ranked and then they will have an interview, which will be held in the Rector's office. The interview will be organized in German/English on Wednesday 21.11. at 14:00 h.
