Assistants Selma Alić-Šišić and Nihada Topovčić participated in the Third International Conference "Social Sciences and Humanities Facing the Challenge of the 21st Century"

Assistants from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zenica, Selma Alić – Šišić and Nihada Topovčić presented scientific papers at the Third International Scientific Conference "Social Sciences and Humanities Facing the Challenges of the 21st Century", held on December 12, 2025 in Tuzla, organized by the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Tuzla.

Assistant Professor of the Department of Culture and Tourism Alić-Šišić presented her paper at the session Media, Communication and Digital Culture, on the topic "Discourses of crises or crisis of discourse: Serbian print media reporting on the failed coup in Turkey", and the assistant professor of the Department of German Language and Literature presented her paper at the session Language, Literature and Society: Identities, Power and Meanings, on the topic "Artificial Intelligence in Education under the Linguistic Magnifier: The Role of Idioms in the Subtle Shaping of Media Discourse".

Both presentations were well-received and stimulated discussion among conference participants.
