Title Cayley graphs
Abstract

The concept of a Cayley graph was first introduced by Arthur Cayley in 1878 as a graphic representation of abstract groups. Since then, Cayley graphs received a lot of attention, mainly because they connect two important areas of mathematics: group theory and graph theory.

In this talk we will introduce Cayley graphs and prove some of their properties.

Date of event 30.11.2017. year (Thursday) at 13:00.
Venue Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Amphitheater hall no. 3202
