16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence: Exhibition and Film Screening at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zenica

On Tuesday, December 9, 2025, an event was held in the lobby of the Faculty of Philosophy in Zenica as part of the "16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence" campaign, implemented with the support of the TPO Foundation.

The event opened with an exhibition of photographs of students of the Faculty of Philosophy, created with the aim of raising awareness of femicide and violence against women in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The exhibition was prepared by students of the Cultural Studies study program.

After the opening of the exhibition, there was also a screening of the documentary film "Help, they will kill me!", produced by the portal Žurnal info. The film brings shocking testimonies of victims of femicide in Bosnia and Herzegovina and calls for urgent action and systemic changes.

In addition to the students of the Faculty of Philosophy, the event was attended by the students of the Zenica Medical School, as well as the Zenica Mixed High School.

With this program, the Faculty of Philosophy confirms its commitment to the fight against gender-based violence with the aim of building a safer society.
