STAY V.PROF.DR. AMELE ĆURKOVIĆ AT ALBA IULIA UNIVERSITY IN ROMANIA

In the period from 12 to 17 May 2024. within the Erasmus+ program for Teaching Mobility prof. Amela Ćurković gave lectures at the University of Alba Iulia (UAB) in Romania on the two-subject study program "Oral and written translation for German and English" on the topics of the translation process using examples of technical, legal and literary texts from German to English and vice versa, German idioms and proverbs and their equivalents in English and business letters as text types in German and English.

Prof. Ćurković also held several official meetings with the Head of the SP for the German Language at UAB and the Head of Doctoral Studies at UAB, with whom further institutional cooperation and the holding of an online round table for doctoral students as part of the 13th International Conference "Linguistic and Intercultural Education" were agreed. at UAB at the end of June 2024 with the aim of exchanging information and experiences on the preparation of a dissertation between doctoral students at the Doctoral Study in Linguistics of the Faculty of Economics of the UNZE, doctoral students from UAB and other partner universities.
