INTRODUCTION

Based on the current epidemiological situation, new conclusions of civil protection headquarters in different areas, and referring to all previous recommendations and guidelines of the World Health Organization, the Federal Ministry of Health, the FBiH Institute of Public Health, the Croatian Institute of Public Health, the National Health School. Andrija Štampar" of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zagreb, and the Institute for Health and Food Safety in Zenica, and appreciating the importance of the University of Zenica as a higher education institution and its impact on the education of students, and therefore on society as a whole, Procedures for the work and holding of the exam have been prepared at the University - a guide to improving security, which takes place in a period of still present potential but reduced danger from the Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Recommendations are intended for University employees and students.

According to information from the University, the exams will be conducted live, and not via online platforms, as was the case with classes. Therefore, it is of inestimable importance to arrange the way of entering and staying in the premises of the University in such a way that there is no penetration of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) into the premises of the University, among employees and students, which would have incalculably negative consequences for the work and function of the University and citizens, but also the entire social system of the Zenica-Doboj Canton and beyond, but also enabled and facilitated the spread of the Coronavirus through contacts that are inevitable and necessary in carrying out the tasks entrusted to the University by law, especially when it is taken into account that the students come from different backgrounds inside and outside the Zenica-Doboj canton, where they return.

The following terms are used in this document:

  • The terms "University", "faculty", "institution", "premises of the institution" mean the premises of all constituent parts, faculties and members of the University, as well as administrative parts
  • The term "employees" means all teaching staff, associate staff, administrative staff and others

BIOSECURITY MEASURES

Biosecurity measures are measures that are applied to reduce the risk of introducing infection (bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms) into the living and working environment of people. They are the best measures in preventing the introduction of infection or prevention as well as suppressing the spread of infection. They are also applied when the danger of the spread of an infectious disease gradually ceases. These measures serve to reduce the risk of the introduction of microorganisms and prevent the occurrence of diseases among employees and clients - children and parents. Bio security measures can be:

  1. Conceptual measures refer to the very location of the facility, its construction performance and space planning in the facility in terms of separating clean from unclean roads (work processes);
  2. Structural measures represent the interior arrangement and the choice of equipment, which must be made of materials that can be easily hygienically maintained (cleaned, washed and disinfected);
  3. Operational measures include the practical application of hygienic measures through the application of DDD, personal hygiene, control of the sanitary status and health condition of employees, and maintaining the hygiene of the workplace, including the workplace and other rooms that employees use during work.

OPERATIONAL CRISIS TEAM

It is good at the University level to form a team of e.g. three employees, among whom must be a person who has the responsibilities and authority to make decisions, who would elaborate operational measures in detail for the purpose of preventing the introduction of infection, using the recommendations of competent institutions. The team should define the requirements of how to act and what measures to take in three segments: environmental, organizational and individual segments, which is shown in Table 1.

RISK POINTS AT THE UNIVERSITY

In addition to the contacts between employees and students, as well as between students, the following stand out as risk points at the University:

  • point of entry/exit,
  • toilets,
  • kitchens and dining rooms,
  • the process of conducting exams, consultations, signing indexes and entering grades,
  • stay in the student services for explanation and handover of documentation,
  • gathering of students and employees in the halls during breaks i

Table 1. Layout of the action strategy

Action segmentRequirement: Reduce spread from sick on a healthy personRequirement: Reduce the risk of healthy people becoming infected
Environmental segment
Actions to be taken:
1. how to prevent infection,
2. how to control entry and exit from the institution.
Encourage people who are sick to stay at home. If it is impossible, people should not visit high-frequency places.
Persons will be provided with appropriate protective equipment, physical and disinfection barriers will be provided.
Continually reminding people to pay attention to early signs and symptoms of illness. Ensure easy access to hand hygiene products. Improve the maintenance of the premises and the surroundings of the facility with the use of standard means for cleaning, washing and disinfection.
Provide bins for used disposable tissues, masks and gloves.
Organizational segment
Measures that will adapt daily activities to the current situation:
1. define movement and protection measures within the institution,
2. define external contacts with suppliers, partners, etc.
Educate employees about signs and symptoms to promote early disease recognition.
Act according to the procedure for working with people who have symptoms (form on Individual declaration on symptoms and signs of illness).
Encourage people with symptoms to stay at home with self-isolation measures. Work in shifts, organize lunch breaks at intervals.
Maintain physical distance and hygiene.
Educate staff on signs and symptoms for early recognition.
Consider the possibility of limiting the number of people in the building and premises in order to reduce social interaction to a minimum.
Individual segment
Actions that will be taken individually to adapt daily behavior to the current situation.
People with symptoms should wear a protective mask if interactions with other people are unavoidable.
Implementation of hygiene measures by all employees is mandatory.
Continuously remind employees of the importance of good personal hygiene, hand washing and avoiding touching the face with unwashed hands.
If the risk of contact with a person with symptoms is unavoidable, it is necessary to provide protective masks to all employees.

GENERAL ORGANIZATION OF WORK AT THE UNIVERSITY

ORGANIZATION OF WORK WITH STUDENTS. It is recommended to organize the stay in the premises of the University by including approximately between 15 and 20 students per group, which does not mean that 20 students is the maximum number per group, provided that a distance of two meters can be maintained in all directions from other students and employees. Nevertheless, one should aim for as few students as possible in one group. For larger groups of students, the possibility of organizing work in a suitable room with a larger area and height should be considered, as well as the possibility of separating students into two groups. You should try to keep the same students in the group as much as possible - don't combine students from different years of study, different study programs or different faculties in one group.

LIMITATION OF ENTRY INTO UNIVERSITY PREMISES. It is necessary to ensure the flow/arrival of as few people as possible, both at the entrance to the faculty premises and in the internal premises of the institution. The entrance to the faculty premises is recommended to be permanently locked. A notice about this will be posted on the front door. All persons entering the premises of the faculty (except students and employees) at the entrance before entering should fill in the appropriate epidemiological questionnaire that is already used in all health institutions (Epidemiological questionnaire attached) with basic data: name and surname, year of residence, address, information about staying in other countries in the past 14 days, information about the current state of health (temperature, cough, sneezing, difficulty breathing), reason for entering the kindergarten premises, date and time of entry. It would be preferable to measure the temperature with a non-contact thermometer, if there are possibilities for this. If it is absolutely necessary for a person to enter the premises of the faculty, it will be done with maximum precautionary measures. Only one client will enter each office at a time. The client will contact only one person who should provide him with a service, at a distance of two meters and preferably in the corridor and not in the offices, and never in areas where students stay. Access to University premises will be kept to a minimum. Filling in the epidemiological questionnaire for students is not necessary, because during the organization of the exam dates, there will already be information about the students who will be in the faculty premises. Students are not allowed to come and stay in the faculty premises unnecessarily, and all work will be done by phone whenever possible.

DE-BARRIERS FOR THE FEET. An appropriate dis-barrier will be placed at the entrances to the faculties. Notices and instructions on how to use the dis-barriers will be posted at the entrances (Instructions on how to use and mark the dis-barriers are attached). It is recommended that the agent be chlorine-based (eg sodium dichloroisocyanurate dihydrate). It is enough to dissolve 2 g of granulate in 10 liters of water, releasing active chlorine in a concentration of about 100 mg/l. The prepared solution is dosed into the pumps used for disinfection or the dis-barriers are replenished with this solution. This solution can be used for the next 6-8 hours. In situations of extreme deterioration of hygienic conditions, double the concentration is used for the preparation of dis-barriers, i.e. up to 4 g per 10 liters of water. A solution prepared immediately before use should be used. A prerequisite for high-quality disinfection is mandatory preparation - mechanical cleaning. The de-barrier should have a suitable plastic base with a soaked sponge, and a separate additional part for drying footwear after passing through the de-barrier (dry sponge). For the maintenance of the dis-barrier, it is suggested that the employees be tasked with maintaining cleanliness. When handling the dis-barrier, cleaning staff will use gloves and a mask. Des-barriers must be placed in such a way that they are located at the main entrance to the institution, that they cannot be bypassed, jumped over, avoided, that they provide the prescribed safety measures (skin contact is impossible, subsequent access to children is impossible), they must meet the minimum depth criteria 2 -4 cm for barriers for people (6-8 cm if barriers are placed for vehicles), synthetic sponges are placed in des-barriers for footwear disinfection, which must be physically cleaned (rinsed) within 24 hours.

DE-BARRIERS FOR HANDS. A sprayer with a disinfectant solution based on 70% alcohol will be prepared and the hands of every employee, student and possibly other persons who enter the faculty premises will be sprayed with this agent.

SICK STUDENTS. Students who have an elevated body temperature, respiratory symptoms such as cough and shortness of breath, or who are at risk of having been in contact with persons positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) (e.g. in the household or in a work institution), or are under with the suspicion that they might be infected with the Coronavirus (Covid-19), they stay at home and are not allowed to come to the premises of the University.

SICK HOUSEHOLDERS. If the students' housemates have a chronic illness or are elderly (65 and older), during their stay at home, the students must observe physical distancing measures in relation to the housemates as well as increased hygiene, in order to protect the housemates.

STAYING AT HOME WHENEVER POSSIBLE. All students are also encouraged to stay at home, given that the number of students in the faculty premises may be such that physical distancing measures will not be respected. Since distance learning will continue to take place, it is encouraged to continue education from home, in all situations where it is possible.

STUDENTS WITH DIFFICULTIES. Students who need additional support or the support of an assistant (impaired vision, hearing, impaired language-speech-voice communication and specific learning difficulties, damage to organs and organ systems, intellectual disabilities, behavioral disorders and mental health impairments, the existence of several types of difficulties in psychophysical development), they do not necessarily have to be at increased risk for infection with Covid-19 in terms of increased sensitivity of their organism to the new coronavirus. And yet, it should be taken into account that even these difficulties can disrupt consistency in maintaining social distance and hygiene, which can put them at increased risk for infection. When supporting the student and in his vicinity, it is recommended that the assistant always wear a protective mask, and when supporting the student when using the toilet, it is recommended to use disposable gloves.

PHYSICAL DISTANCE OF TWO METERS. It is necessary to organize the work of the institution in such a way as to ensure social distancing (physical distance) as much as possible, as well as enhanced personal and space hygiene. A physical distance of at least two meters in a closed space is especially maintained by employees in relation to other employees, and the said physical distance is recommended to be maintained whenever possible between employees and students. In the same common space, employees maintain a physical distance of two meters, and meetings, agreements and training of employees take place via e-communication or telephone.

MEASUREMENT OF BODY TEMPERATURE

METHOD OF MEASURING BODY TEMPERATURE. In the case of a person with an elevated temperature measured by a non-contact thermometer (37.3°C and higher, depending on the specification of the non-contact thermometer), it is recommended to measure the temperature with a standard thermometer under the armpit, and the increased temperature is concluded based on the results of the measurement under the armpit. Records of measured body temperature values and the possible presence of respiratory symptoms and signs of other infectious diseases are recorded in a separate record sheet (Checklist for monitoring health status).

TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT OF STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES BEFORE ARRIVAL IN THE PREMISES

UNIVERSITY (NEAR HOME). Everyone has an obligation to measure their body temperature every day before coming to the institution, and in case of elevated body temperature, they must not come to the institution, but call the institution and the chosen doctor of family medicine for a decision on testing and treatment. If a student develops symptoms of Covid-19 infection during his stay on the faculty premises, he should leave the faculty premises as soon as possible, and support can be provided in the sense of calling his parents or another person who, with precautionary measures, will be of help to him. Students should be encouraged to maintain distance (physical distance) from other students and employees. All employees have the obligation to measure their body temperature every day before coming to work, and in case of an increased body temperature, they do not come to work, but call the employer and their doctor by phone. All students have an OBLIGATION to measure their temperature at home before coming to the University premises. In relation to the all-day joint stay and closer contact between University employees, contact with students only during the exam with compliance with preventive measures (distance, mask, ventilation, disinfection, etc.) will not be considered equally close.

TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT OF UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES. It is recommended to measure body temperatures with a non-contact thermometer for all employees, every day upon arrival and departure from work, and to determine whether they have respiratory symptoms or other signs of infectious diseases. It is recommended to keep records of the measured temperatures of employees, which will contain the name and surname of the person, the date and time of measurement, and the value of the body temperature. It is not allowed to work, work with students, or come to the premises of the University with an elevated temperature, cough, difficulty getting up and other symptoms of an infectious disease. If an employee develops symptoms during working hours, he should inform his superior as soon as possible, leave the workplace, and consult a doctor. Due to the possibility of such cases, it is necessary to have an organized replacement for employees.

EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION OF PHYSICIANS/EPIDEMIOLOGISTS. Leadership

of the faculty/university immediately informs the competent epidemiologist by phone of any suspicion of Covid-19 among employees or students. In particular, the management of the institution quickly and inevitably informs the competent epidemiologist from the Health Center in case of clustering of suspicion or infection with Covid-19 (two or more employees and/or students with suspicion from the same group/classroom/building, etc.). In case of learning about a possible transmitter/possible source of infection, every employee is obliged to immediately inform the management of the institution.

ORGANIZATION OF WORK WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY

MOVEMENT OF EMPLOYEE. Movement outside the premises of the University will be reduced to the minimum possible, in accordance with work obligations. After returning, every employee is obliged to pass the barrier and hand disinfection. In the event of exit, employees are urged to use the stairs wherever and whenever possible, to avoid being in the closed space of the elevator and to avoid touching the buttons, racks and doors of the elevator. Also, when using the stairs, do not touch the handrails or any objects and walls in the building. After entering/returning, employees are required to thoroughly wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, and disinfect with hand sanitizers based on 70% alcohol. Instructions on proper hand washing should be placed in the toilet areas and all places where hands are washed in a visible place (Instructions attached). Employees are requested not to stay in the premises of the University for an excessive amount of time outside of working hours without need, and to coordinate this with their immediate manager.

MOVEMENT OF STUDENTS AROUND THE UNIVERSITY. Passing through common rooms should be avoided and kept to a minimum, and if the aforementioned is necessary, passing through common rooms is organized in such a way that as few students as possible pass through at the same time and from one group, while other people do not pass through at the same time, with encouragement students not to touch surfaces or objects during such passages.

EMPLOYEE'S BEHAVIOR OUTSIDE THE WORKPLACE. Outside the institution, employees follow as many rules as possible, which reduce their possibility of infection (avoidance of shops, other places where people gather, public transport, consistent implementation of social distance and hygiene, etc.).

LIMITED NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES. Employees who are not assigned to work are not allowed to enter the institution. The institution should have the smallest possible number of employees at the same time, but still a sufficient number that it is possible to organize work without interruption.

ENTRY OF THIRD PERSONS AND DELIVERY OF NEEDS INTO THE PREMISES OF THE UNIVERSITY. Entrance door

they are opened when called by phone or bell, or the door is opened by the person in charge. Delivery for the needs of the institution is taken over by competent employees of the institution at the external door, preferably at another entrance, and entry is permitted exceptionally to repairmen and other services whose services there is an urgent need (which implies the consistent implementation of preventive and anti-epidemic measures such as monitoring the healthiness of drinking water , food safety, etc.) with the mandatory measure of hand disinfection and wearing a protective mask and footwear protection. Avoid any entry of other persons (eg for cleaning, repairs or bringing food) into the room while students are in the room.

STORAGE AND CLEANING. The housekeeper from the morning shift enters first. The last person to leave the faculty premises is the cleaner from the afternoon shift who mechanically wipes the floors and disinfects all used surfaces.

DISINFECTANTS AND HAND HYGIENE. At the entrance to the faculty premises and within the faculty premises in several other easily accessible places, it is necessary to place dispensers with disinfectant for hand disinfection. The disinfectant should be applied in an amount of 1 to 2 ml to dry and clean palms (usually one push on the dispenser, or according to the manufacturer's instructions). The palms and the area between the fingers should be rubbed until they are dry, and the product does not need to be rinsed off. It is necessary to take care of the sufficient use of hand sanitizer and to inform the superior in case there is a small amount of disinfectant left in the dispenser in order to ensure a new amount.

VENTILATION OF THE SPACE. It is mandatory to ventilate the premises as often as possible or, if the weather and safety conditions permit, leave the window open continuously.

CLEANING THE SPACE. Touch points such as door handles, window handles, work surfaces, keyboards, consoles, faucets in toilets and kitchens, water tap buttons, remote controls, power switches, doorbells, elevator panels and other touch surfaces used by a large number of people persons must be disinfected at the beginning and end of each shift, and at least twice a day. Avoid using air conditioning and ventilation devices. Cleaning is carried out when students are not in the premises. Cleaning employees are obliged to keep records of wiping floors, toilets and other surfaces with disinfectant (List for cleaning and disinfection records attached). It is necessary to generally strengthen the maintenance of hygiene in toilets, along with keeping records.

DISINFECTION OF MOBILE PHONES. All employees must disinfect their mobile phones immediately upon entering.

FACE MASKS AND GLOVES. All employees must wear a protective mask over the mouth and nose during work. Wearing gloves is not recommended, preference is given to frequent hand washing and disinfection. It is important to note that it is necessary to use protective equipment (masks and gloves) rationally and according to a logical assessment of the need. Inside offices, along with adherence to physical distance measures, reduction of contacts and transitions from office to office, hygiene and hand disinfection, gloves and masks can also have a counter-effect. Due to the false sense of protection, the contact and transfer of microorganisms from object to object is facilitated through gloves, which are impossible to change as regularly as they should. While using the mask, one often does exactly what one should not do: one constantly touches the nose while adjusting the mask, one and the same mask is used much longer than the allowed time of using the mask. The mask does not protect the person who wears it, but other people in the environment, and thus gives a false sense of security, so it would be only right for everyone to wear a mask. Therefore, protective equipment (masks and gloves) should be used rationally and according to a logical assessment of the need, while respecting all the orders of the competent crisis headquarters and ministries of health.

FOOD PREPARATION EMPLOYEES. Employees preparing food, if such an opportunity exists in cafeterias and canteens of the faculty, should wear masks and gloves. Food preparation should be carried out in accordance with the principles of good hygienic practice and according to the recommendations of the Institute for Health and Food Safety in Zenica and the competent crisis headquarters and ministries (www.inz.ba).

STUDENT EDUCATION ABOUT THE CURRENT SITUATION. Carry out continuous education of students about hand washing, coughing into the forearm, social distancing, etc.

UNREFORMED STUDENT ABSENCE. It is necessary to control the reasons for the absence of students.

ORGANIZED TRANSPORTATION OF STUDENTS. If there is organized transportation of students, it is necessary to respect the measures, maintain a distance between students of at least two meters, and sit according to the "zig-zag" principle - every other chair diagonally.

LIST OF CONTACTS. All employees of the University are obliged to regularly fill in the Contact List for that day. This list of contacts in the event of an unwanted situation (e.g. contact with an infected person) can be the only tool that will serve to discover the path of transmission and spread of the infection, so keep this record regularly, each employee individually (List of records of contacts with other employees) attached institution).

SICK EMPLOYEES. All employees (both full-time employees and external collaborators) are asked to contact their family physician by phone if they have symptoms of a respiratory infection (elevated temperature of 37.3°C or more, cough, difficulty breathing). In that case, DO NOT come to the premises of the University, just contact your immediate supervisor by phone. People who take medicines such as paracetamol, ibuprofen or aspirin, which can mask the symptoms of infection, should also stay at home (by this we mean people who take these medicines to lower body temperature, not people who take these medicines on a regular basis therapy, such as, for example, heart patients often take 100 mg aspirin preventively).

CONDUCTING THE EXAMINATION

ORGANIZATION OF SPACE. The rooms should be as large and high as possible, ventilated and sunlit by daylight, separated from the rooms where other groups of students stay. It is necessary that the room can be ventilated with outside air.

ENTRANCE TO FACULTY PREMISES BY GROUPS. Students from each group (study year, study program) enter the faculty premises at a previously agreed time, different for each group, with a gap of at least 10 minutes between the two groups. Students do not gather at the entrance.

PROCEDURE OF STUDENTS UPON ENTERING THE PREMISES OF THE FACULTY. Students enter by immediately going to the designated room and washing their hands with soap and water before entering their group and their room. If it is not possible to provide it, students are obliged to have and use their own hand sanitizers. The use of common dining rooms where students would stay is a risk and is not recommended.

WRITTEN EXAMINATION. The written exam is conducted in a large enough room behind closed doors and, if possible due to noise and weather conditions, with open windows (the exception is the auditory part of the foreign language exam, when it is necessary to close the windows to reduce the risk of noise). Students are greeted by exam material on the table, in order to reduce the interaction of people in the same room. If possible, students enter one at a time so that the student sitting furthest away from the door enters first, and so on. The distance between students, teachers on duty and leaders in the exam room should be at least 2 meters. The duration of the written part of the exam should be kept to a minimum.

ORAL EXAMINATION. The oral part of the exam and/or the demonstration of skills, i.e. the defense of the final paper, is held in a separate room, which preferably has external windows that are open during the exam, and the door to the room is closed during the exam. The group of teachers and students is as small as possible at one time and a distance of 2 meters must be maintained between all participants. The duration of the oral dial exam should be kept to a minimum.

ALLOWED SUBJECTS. While writing the exam, students may only have an ID card or index, writing utensils, own ballpoint pen, own water bottle, personal disinfectant bottle and exam materials on the desk. The student puts all other things (mobile devices, etc.) in his bag, which he places in the designated place in the examination room or outside it. If, due to a medical condition, the student needs to consume food or sweets while writing the exam, he/she places them on the table of the head of the exam room and, if necessary, consumes them outside the exam room. The institution prepares a certain number of ballpoint pens for those students who forgot to bring them to the exam. The student takes that ballpoint pen with him after the exam. Tables should be arranged in such a way that there is a distance of two meters between students. Students are required to disinfect their hands with their own disinfectant based on 70% alcohol before entering the random table.

EXAMINATION OF STUDENTS FROM THE EXAM. After finishing the exam, the student places the exam material on the edge of the table and raises his hand to inform the teacher on duty that he has finished. Everything the student brought with him when he leaves the exam room (ballpoint pen, ID card, index, writing utensils, water bottle, medicine, etc.). It is recommended that the exit of students from the examination room and institution be organized so that they exit one by one, and so that the student closest to the door exits first. However, if someone finishes or gives up writing the exam early, they should be allowed to leave the room. When leaving the institution, students disinfect their hands using dispensers with disinfectants at the entrance or exit from the institution or their own disinfectants. Students should be reminded that even after the end of the exam, they should keep their distance, not stay in groups and not have close contact with each other. Exams should be organized in such a way that the supervisor and the teacher on duty in the exam room maintain a distance of 2 meters from the students and each other at all times.

CLEANING THE ROOM AFTER THE EXAM. At the end of the exam, and before the arrival of the next group of students, the rooms should be cleaned (the floor is wiped with the usual cleaning agents, and the surfaces that were touched - doorknobs, tables, etc. - are disinfected with an agent based on 70% alcohol, and if necessary before disinfection and mechanically wipe). The rooms are well ventilated (windows are kept wide open for at least 30 minutes).

WEARING A MASK. If the examination can be organized in the manner described, the wearing of masks or other coverings for the mouth and nose by students and all those participating in the examination is not necessary, but is recommended. It is recommended that students put on a mask before entering the institution, and take it with them after finishing the exam or defending the final thesis. In the case of staying for the exam in a health, social or similar institution, the rules prescribed for that institution will be respected. It is especially recommended to wear masks (as well as gloves) to all persons responsible for checking the index, as well as for other duties for which it is assumed that it will not be possible to maintain a distance of 2 m (for example, when collecting test material). Wearing masks is mandatory in the specific situations listed below.

PRECAUTIONS BEFORE EXAM. In the days before each exam, all students, employees involved in conducting the exam or defending the final thesis adhere as much as possible to the rules that reduce the possibility of infection (avoiding shops, places of large gatherings of people, public transport, socializing at home, consistently maintaining social distance and hygiene etc.). If they have an elevated body temperature, respiratory symptoms such as cough and shortness of breath, employees, students and other persons do not enter either the internal or external spaces (courtyard, garden, playground) of the institution where exams or the defense of the final thesis are conducted. This is especially true if there is a possibility that they have been exposed to contact with persons positive for Covid-19 or are suspected of being infected with Covid-19, i.e. if they are in self-isolation.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR STUDENTS WITH CHRONIC DISEASES. For students with chronic diseases that may represent a greater risk for the development of severe forms of Covid-19 disease (students with respiratory, cardiovascular, malignant diseases, diabetes, immunodeficiencies, students with greater physical/motor impairments) it is necessary to enable a greater physical distance and wear a protective mask . If a student cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition, all other persons who must be present in the same room will wear a protective mask.

FOOD. Students should avoid bringing food.

WASTE CONSIDERED POTENTIALLY INFECTIOUS

WASTE MANAGEMENT. All regular municipal waste will be managed as under regular circumstances. Waste that is considered potentially infectious, such as protective masks, gloves and other protective equipment, should be placed in a dark PVC bag, tied and left in the faculty area where students do not have access for 72 hours, and then treated as municipal waste.

UNIVERSITY VEHICLES

CLEANLINESS AND DISINFECTION OF UNIVERSITY VEHICLES. All employees-drivers of University vehicles should be tasked to take the assigned vehicle for exterior and interior washing every week. Employees are urged to touch as few surfaces as possible in their vehicle. Each vehicle driver is responsible for disinfecting the contact surfaces in the vehicle that he uses that day, both before starting and after using the vehicle. In the event that third parties (other than employees of the University) are in the vehicle, it is mandatory to disinfect that vehicle (List for records of cleanliness maintenance and disinfection attached).

FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS

In case of impossibility of work organization due to a large number of employees who are in self-isolation, competent decision-makers in crisis situations in coordination with the founders of the University can reassign employees of other organizational units, in order to ensure the continuity of work. Continuous cooperation with the founder is ensured. These instructions are subject to adaptation according to the current epidemiological situation.
Follow exclusively the recommendations issued by the competent health institutions and institutions in BiH, FBiH and ZDK. How to stay informed:
