ON THE HOLDING OF THE FIFTH SCIENTIFIC-PROFESSIONAL MEETING ON EDUCATION

CULTURAL IDENTITY IN THE DIGITAL AGE

In accordance with the program of scientific research activities and the Decision of the Scientific and Teaching Council of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica number 04-200-001-0212/13 from the 11th session held on 07/08/2013. year on adoption Elaborate on the justification of holding the Fifth International Scientific-Professional Conference on Education, the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica informs the scientific and professional public that it is organizing a scientific and professional conference on education.

Justification for holding the Gathering

The era of the digital age in the second decade of the 21st century produces scientific and technological achievements that enable the development of scientific research work and education in a new and creative way. Such a situation gives reason to look at the achieved level of development, as well as research in certain scientific areas, which are particularly important for the upbringing and education of today's and future generations for the time and circumstances in which they will live and work productively, thus contributing to the development of both science and society. as a whole. That is why the implementation of new knowledge is a priority task at all levels of education.

Motivated by such needs for further improvement of upbringing and education in accordance with new scientific achievements, as well as further research and studies of certain scientific disciplines, which relate to educating young generations for the digital environment of their work and living, the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica organizes The fifth scientific and professional conference on education by name Cultural identity in the digital age. At this meeting of scientists and experts, there will be a presentation of positive scientific achievements and experiences gained so far in certain forms of education, as well as an overview of the status of humanities scientists, in accordance with UNESCO's recommendations on the status of scientific researchers, which were adopted 40 years ago (1974), and European Charter for Researchers. So will the Assembly to contribute to the presentation of new scientific knowledge and scientific research results, and to introduce innovations and creative education at all levels of upbringing and education in the European context and education system. To that end, that is, inclusion in European scientific and educational institutions, in European cultural identity, in the European culture of memory, especially the more difficult countries of the South Slavic region, among which is Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

 

The goal of the meeting

The fifth scientific-professional conference on education called Cultural identity in the digital age will look at the achieved level of scientific disciplines and certain professions, which have direct reflections on democracy and civil society in the digital age, i.e. on more successful implementation of early education, educators of the first, second and third cycle of education. The meeting should contribute to the stimulation of more productive scientific research work in the humanistic fields of linguistics, literature, cultural studies, informatics, mathematics, pedagogy, psychology, music, art and physical culture, as well as methodology and other scientific disciplines, which are studied at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica, in studies of classroom teaching, language and literature (Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, English, German, Turkish), cultural studies, and mathematics and informatics.

The program of the Meeting contains the following thematic areas:

Organization and maintenance of the Gathering

The meeting will be held in Zenica April 3 and 4, 2014. The duration and work of the Assembly depends on the submission of works. Participants of the Meeting are scientists and experts from certain scientific fields. The languages of the Meeting will be Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and English.

Potential participants of the Gathering can register their participation with a topic and summary (up to 300 words, in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and English) by 01. 01. 2014. years. The application, which is attached to this notification, is sent in electronic form to the specified address of the Scientific Meeting Cultural identity in the digital age (naucni.skup.ffz@gmail.com).

A Participant of the Gathering can submit only one author/co-author work. The authors have the obligation to provide i Statement of authorship and originality of the work, which will be sent together with the work.

Paper written according to Instructions to authors, which is attached to this notification, should be submitted, together with Statement of authorship, in electronic form until 01. 03. 2014. year to the e-mail address of the Scientific Meeting (naucni.skup.ffz@gmail.com).

The participants themselves bear the costs of travel and stay in Zenica during the Meeting.
