"ebru" art workshop

The "ebru" art workshop was organized in the premises of the Turkish language and literature study program

On Monday, May 15, 2023, in the premises of the Turkish language and literature study program of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica, the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Sarajevo, through the Office of Education and with the help of the "Yunus Emre" Institute, organized the "ebru" art workshop, in the framework of which presented the ancient Turkish art of painting on water. The aforementioned workshop also had a festive character, as representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey and the "Yunus Emre" Institute presented modest gifts to our students as a sign of gratitude for the help they provided in the preparation and organization of the Children's Festival, which was held in the City Arena "Husejin Smajlović" 9 May 2023. Painting on water attracted a lot of attention from the students who were delighted with the fact that during the workshop they managed to master the basic techniques of this ancient Turkish art, which enabled them to show their creativity and paint their first ebru works.
