As part of the elective course Teamwork, female students and students of the fourth year of the Physical Education and Sport study program of the Faculty of Philosophy in Zenica completed the second field teaching in the Public Enterprise for Sports Facilities and Fields doo Zenica. As part of the visit, they visited the City Arena "Husejin Smajlovi\u0107", one of the central sports facilities on Kamberovi\u0107a field.<\/p>\n

The group of students was hosted by the company's director, Mr. Nedim Tali\u0107, who presented them with the functioning of the public company. The students had the opportunity to learn how the administration and management are organized, how decisions are made regarding the management of sports facilities, and how the maintenance and schedule of use of the facilities are planned and organized.<\/p>\n

Fieldwork provided students with practical insight into the real functioning of sports facilities, and connected theoretical knowledge in the field of sports management with real work processes.<\/p>\n
