Uvod<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1.1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161a zemlja je prihvatila principe Bolonjskog procesa stavljanjem potpisa na relevantne dokumente u Berlinu 16. 09. 2003. godine. Time je u\u0161la u red evropskih zemalja koje su se obavezale da \u0107e do 2010. godine ispuniti uslove za potpuni prelazak na ovakav na\u010din studija.\u00a0 Okvirnim Zakonom o visokom obrazovanju u Bosni i Hercegovini, koji je stupio na snagu 07. 08. 2007. godine, osiguran je zakonski okvir za provo\u0111enje reforme visokog obrazovanja prema Bolonjskoj deklaraciji, odnosno gra\u0111enje <em>European Higher Education Area<\/em> (EHEA). Na Univerzitetu u Zenici pripreme za taj posao provode se organiziranjem stru\u010dnih i info- seminara, sjednicama pojedinih odbora Univerziteta i sjednicama Senata univerziteta.<\/p>\n<p>Objavljuju\u0107i Program <strong><em>magistarskog<\/em><\/strong> studija za akademsku godinu 2008\/2009. godinu na Odsjeku za matematiku i informatiku na Pedago\u0161kom fakultetu Univerziteta u Zenici \u00a0kao poseban dokument koji ima i funkciju <em>vodi\u010da<\/em>, svrsishodno je nazna\u010diti neke zna\u010dajnije doga\u0111aje i \u010dinjenice.<\/p>\n<p>Pedago\u0161ki fakultet u Zenici je transformirani i pro\u0161ireni oblik Pedago\u0161ke akademije, koja je nastala 1994. godine kao odgovor na izuzetnu potrebu nastavnog kadra u osnovnim i srednim \u0161kolama. Na Pedago\u0161koj akademiji su se \u0161kolovali nastavnici matematike i informatike, i time je problem nedostatka nastavnika u osnovnim \u0161kolama na podru\u010dju ZE \u2013 DO kantona rije\u0161en. Kako je problem nastavnog kadra u srednjim \u0161kolama jo\u0161 uvijek bio prisutan, te \u017eelja vlade ZE-DO kantona da rije\u0161i postoje\u0107i problem, na Pedago\u0161koj akademiji osniva se\u00a0 nastava za tre\u0107u i \u010detvrtu godinu studija nastavnog smjera, te time Pedago\u0161ka akademija prerasta u Pedago\u0161ki fakultet. Istovremeno se ukida dvogodi\u0161nji studij. Odsjek za matematiku i informatiku je jedan od odsjeka na Pedago\u0161kom fakultetu, na kojem studenti stje\u010du diplome sa zvanjem profesor matematike i informatike.<\/p>\n<p>Nastavnim planom i programom na Odsjeku za matematiku i informatiku nastojalo se posti\u0107i da studenti steknu temeljno teorijsko i prakti\u010dno didakti\u010dko \u2013 metodi\u010dko obrazovanje koje se tokom jednogodi\u0161njeg pripravni\u010dkog sta\u017ea po zavr\u0161etku studija nadopunjuje razvijanjem prakti\u010dnih nastavnih kompetencija. Izvo\u0111enjem programa studija ostvaruju se slijede\u0107i ciljevi:<\/p>\n<p>a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 osposobljavanje studenata za samostalno izvo\u0111enje nastave matematike i informatike u odgojno \u2013 obrazovnim ustanovama svih profila u kojima je nastavnim programom predvi\u0111eno izvo\u0111enje nastave iz pomenutih predmeta,<\/p>\n<p>b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 osposobljavanje studenata za samostalno daljnje u\u010denje i usavr\u0161avanje u skladu sa specifi\u010dnim potrebama njihovih u\u010denika.<\/p>\n<p>c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Osposobljavanje studenata za pra\u0107enje rezultata kao i aktivno sudjelovanje u stru\u010dnim i nau\u010dnim istra\u017eivanjima iz podru\u010dja\u00a0 nastave\u00a0 matematike i informatike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. 2.\u00a0 Uskla\u0111ivanje sa ECTS-om<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kao \u010dlanica Univerziteta u Zenici Pedago\u0161ki fakultet je dobrovoljno preuzeo obavezu da svoje studijske programe uskladi s Europskim sistemomom prenosa bodova, tzv. <em>European Credit Transfer System<\/em> (ECTS),<em> po<\/em> <em>kojem se jednom godinom studija u pravilu stje\u010de 60 ECTS bodova\u201d, odnosno semestralno 30 ECTS bodova<\/em>. U protekle tri akademske godine Pedago\u0161ki fakultet\u00a0 se tom zadatku posvetio na nivou I. ciklusa (dodiplomski studij), a sada uzima u obzir II. ciklus (<strong><em>magistarski<\/em><\/strong> studij), \u010dime ide u susret uspostavljanja vertikalnog sistema prohodnosti kroz sva tri ciklusa, koji su utvr\u0111eni bolonjskim procesom (3 + 2 + 3, ili 4 + 1 + 3).<\/p>\n<p>Na <strong><em>magistarskom<\/em><\/strong> studiju za akademsku godinu 2008\/2009. dodijeljeni su koeficijenti optere\u0107enja (ECTS bodovi). Na tim osnovama, po na\u010delu postepenosti, <strong><em>magistarski<\/em><\/strong> studij, na Pedago\u0161kom fakultetu na Odsjeku za matematiku i informatiku, nastavlja se uskla\u0111ivati s ECTS-om. Rije\u010d je o procesu koji ima svoj po\u010detak s usmjerenjem na permanentno stanje u kojem se, pored ostalog, posti\u017ee integracija na razli\u010ditim nivoima &#8211; fakultetskoj, univerzitetskoj, nacionalnoj (bosanskohercegova\u010dkoj) i evropskoj. Proces integracije, zahvaljuju\u0107i ECTS-u, treba se najprije doga\u0111ati unutar fakulteta. Jedan od znakova takve integracije unutar Pedago\u0161kog fakulteta predstavlja izgledna mogu\u0107nost, koja dosada nije postojala, da i svr\u0161enici Pedago\u0161kog fakulteta, Odsjeka za matematiku i informatiku upi\u0161u <strong><em>magistarski<\/em><\/strong> studij.<\/p>\n<p>Pri tome \u0107e se primjenjivat nova koncepcija <strong><em>magistarskog<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0studija koja se temelji na tzv. trostrukoj \u201ebodovnoj grupaciji\u00ab, po kojoj je u dvije bodovne skupine organizirana nastava, a u tre\u0107oj bodovnoj skupini nastavne i izvannastavne nau\u010dne aktivnosti. U tre\u0107oj bodovnoj skupini rije\u010d je o nau\u010dnim i didakti\u010dkim aktivnostima. Nau\u010dne aktivnosti odnose se na izradu nau\u010dnnih radova za nau\u010dne \u010dasopise (prete\u017eno u svojstvu koautora), na u\u010de\u0161\u0107e u nau\u010dno-istraaiva\u010dkim projektima, te na u\u010de\u0161\u0107e u me\u0111unarodnim i doma\u0107im nau\u010dnim skupovima kao i u seminarima stru\u010dnog usavr\u0161avanja i na evauliranim nau\u010dnim predavanjima. Ova koncepcija, tako\u0111e, sadr\u017ei opis zajedni\u010dkih nastavnih predmeta (u slu\u010daju vi\u0161e studijskih smjerova), obaveznih predmeta, te izbornih predmeta, s izborom relevantne literature.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. 3. Osnovni principi i polazi\u0161ta<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Nastavni plan i program za <strong><em>magistarski<\/em><\/strong> studij ra\u0111en je na uva\u017eavanju univerzalnih principa tradicije obrazovanja, iskustava visoko\u0161kolskih institucija u Bosni i Hercegovini i u regionu i naro\u010dito na uva\u017eavanje osnovnih na\u010dela Bolonjske deklaracije koja planira objedinjavanje europskog visokoobrazovnog prostora (<em>European Higher Education Area<\/em>). To se posebno odnosi na:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 afirmiranje novog europskog modela studija, uporedivih kriterija i metodologija;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 prihvatanje sistema zasnovanog na tri obrazovna ciklusa, dodiplomskog, diplomskog i postdiplomskog;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 uvo\u0111enje ECTS sistema kao prikladnog sredstva u afirmiranju naj\u0161ire razmjene studenata;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 afirmiranje mobilnosti studenata, nastavnika, istra\u017eiva\u010da, administrativnog osoblja;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 afirmiranje evropske i svjetske saradnje u osiguravanju kvaliteta;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 afirmiranje sistema lahko prepoznatljivih i usporedivih akademskih stupnjeva i uvo\u0111enje<em> supplementa<\/em> diplomi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. 4. Principi izrade programa<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kod izrade programa naro\u010dito su istaknuta na\u010dela:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 jedinstvo modela svih studija u okviru bosanskohercegova\u010dkih studija, tj. jedinstvenim<\/p>\n<p>trajanjem svih ciklusa studija (3+2+3 ili 4+1+3);<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 na\u010delo jednosemestralnosti kod koncipiranja kolegija;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 organiziranja studija u tri bodovne skupine, i to: u dvije<\/p>\n<p>bodovne skupine predmeta organizirane nastave (obavezni i izborni predmeti) i tre\u0107e bodovne skupine nastavnih i izvannastavnih nau\u010dnih aktivnosti;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 izrade magistarskog rada od 18 ECTS bodova.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 na\u010delo izbornosti ili modularnosti; studentima se nastoji ponuditi mogu\u0107nost da biraju neke kolegije i tako sami u\u010destvuju u oblikovanju svog studija.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. RAZLOZI ZA POKRETANJE STUDIJA<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.1.<\/strong><em> <\/em><strong>Procjena svrhovitosti studija s obzirom na potrebe tr\u017ei\u0161ta rad u javnom i privatnom sektoru<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Svrha pokretanja magistarskog studija je da se studentima omogu\u0107i produbljivanje ste\u0107enog znanja na \u010detverogodi\u0161njem studiju iz matematike i informatike. Studenti \u0107e na osnovu ste\u010denih znanja, vje\u0161tina i sposobnosti mo\u0107i da se zaposle prvenstveno u osnovnim i srednim \u0161kolama kao nastavnici odnosno profesori matematike i informatike, ali mogu da se zaposle i na radna mjesta koja zahtijevaju produbljeno poznavanje matematike i ra\u010dunarstva radi rje\u0161avanja problema matemati\u010dkim aparatima, a s temeljem poznavanje informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije. Zbog sposobnosti apstraktnog promi\u0161ljanja, analiti\u010dkog pristupa i temeljitosti, vje\u0161tine u ra\u010dunanju, iskustva u programiranju, poznavanja ra\u010dunarske tehnologije i temelja socijalne psihologije, na\u0161i diplomirani studenti bi mogli da se zaposle u industriji, financijskim institucijama, istra\u017eiva\u010dkim institutima, administraciji i drugdje.<\/p>\n<p>Kako je ra\u010dunarstvo znanost u stalnom razvoju, u prijedlog smo ugradili nove sadr\u017eaje iz te oblasti. Na ovom nivou student do neke mjere utje\u010de na kreiranje studijskog programa kroz odabir izbornih predmeta. Listu ovih predmeta \u0107emo povremeno mijenjati i tako osvje\u017eavati program novim sadr\u017eajima. Na\u0161im konceptom te\u017eimo izgradnji osobe osposobljene za usvajanje uvijek novih znanja iz matemati\u010dko-ra\u010dunarsko-informati\u010dkoga podru\u010dja, u dosegu vlastitih mogu\u0107nosti, koja je kvalificirana za odgovorni prijenos tog znanja mla\u0111im generacijama. Veliki dio posljednje godine studija posve\u0107en je studentovom samostalnom radu na temi iz matematike ili informatike (slobodni izbor studenta) uz nadzor i pripomo\u0107 nastavnika. Rezultat je diplomski\u00a0rad koji mo\u017ee potaknuti budu\u0107i stru\u010dni ili znanstveni interes i\/ili upis prikladnog\u00a0poslijediplomskog studija.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. 2. Povezanost studija\u00a0 sa savremenim nau\u010dnim spoznajama i na njima temeljenim vje\u0161tinama <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017ee se re\u0107i da kvalitet obrazovanja, osobito visokog, predstavlja samu sr\u017e savremenih obrazovnih tokova u Evropi, \u0161to je potcrtano i u zaklju\u010dcima <em>Berlinskog<\/em><em> sastanka<\/em> 2004. godine. Na\u0161a zemlja \u0107e, tako\u0111e, biti obavezna izgraditi samoodr\u017eivi sistem osiguranja kvaliteta obrazovanja na svim nivoima i u svim podru\u010djima, za \u0161to je potrebno osigurati kompetentne stru\u010dnjake i menad\u017eere. Univerzitet u Zenici\u00a0 je uvidio zna\u010daj sistema kvaliteta u uspje\u0161nosti \u00a0organizacija i firmi, te je poduzela zna\u010dajne korake u pobolj\u0161anju istih. Pedago\u0161ki fakultet kao \u010dlanica Univerziteta u Zenici, u\u010destvuje u projektima za pobolj\u0161avanje kvaliteta usluga i efikasnosti unutra\u0161nje organizacije. Ve\u0107ina profesora koji \u0107e biti anga\u017eirani na magistarskom studiju na Odsjeku za matematiku informatiku Pedago\u0161kog fakulteta Univerziteta u Zenici bit \u0107e ugledni nau\u010dni radnici iz na\u0161e zemlje i okru\u017eenja, koji su svoju stru\u010dnu i nau\u010dnu afirmaciju stekli na doma\u0107im i inozemnim univerzitetima, koji su upu\u0107eni u tradicionalnu i savremenu literaturu, koji u\u010destvuju u nau\u010dnim simpozijima i projektima. Sve ovo \u010dini ozbiljnu pretpostavku za povezivanje nau\u010dno-obrazovne djelatnosti ovog fakulteta sa savremenim nau\u010dnim spoznajama, naro\u010dito na podru\u010dju pedagogije, informatike i matematike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. 3. Otvorenost studija prema pokretljivosti studenata <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Studij je uskla\u0111en prema standardima Bolonjskoga procesa. U sastavljanju programa posebna se pa\u017enja posve\u0107uje mogu\u0107nosti pokretljivosti studenta s obzirom na prenos ECTS bodova, promjene i nastavka studiranja. Student sti\u010de pravo upisa u vi\u0161u godinu studija ako je skupio dovoljan broj ECTS bodova iz glavnih i obveznih kolegija i izbornih kolegija, seminara, nau\u010dnih i didakti\u010dkih aktivnosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. OP\u0106I DIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. 1.<\/strong> R<strong>ealizacija projekta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pedago\u0161ki fakultet Univerziteta u Zenici planira realizirati magistarski studij <em>M<strong>atematike i informatike<\/strong><\/em><strong>, <\/strong>u saradnji sa raspolo\u017eivim nastavni\u010dkim kadrom kako na Pedago\u0161kom fakultetu u Zenici, tako i u Bosni i Hercegovini.<\/p>\n<p>Nastavni program na Odsjeku za matematiku i informatiku Pedago\u0161kog fakulteta u Zenici se dobrim dijelom poklapa sa nastavnim programima na Odsjecima za matematiku i informatiku na drugim fakultetima u BiH i regionu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2. Naziv studijskog programa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Matematika i informatika, nastavni\u010dki smjer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2. Trajanje i vrednovanje studija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Studij se organizira kao redovni uz puni anga\u017eman u trajanju od godinu dana. Da bi zavr\u0161ili diplomski studij i stekli diplomu magistra struke, studenti moraju prikupiti ukupno 60 ECTS bodova (30 po semestru). U programu<em> magistarskog<\/em> studija razlikuju se: obvezni predmeti, izborni predmeti i diplomski rad.<\/p>\n<p>Obavezni predmeti se slu\u0161aju u prvom semestru master studija, a obuhvataju sljede\u0107e predmete:<\/p>\n<p>1. Kompleksna analiza,<\/p>\n<p>2. Kriptografija i sigurnost mre\u017ea,<\/p>\n<p>3. Metodologija nau\u010dnog rada i<\/p>\n<p>4. Parcijalne diferencijalne jedna\u010dine.<\/p>\n<p>U prvom semestru studenti biraju jedan od dva ponu\u0111ena izborna predmeta, a u drugom semestru studenti biraju dva od \u0161est ponu\u0111enih izbornih predmeta, iz oblasti Matematike ili iz oblasti Informatike, zavisno od oblasti za koju se opredjele:<\/p>\n<p><span>Matematika:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Odabrana poglavlja iz algebre i geometrije<\/p>\n<p>2. Dinami\u010dki sistemi<\/p>\n<p>3. Stohasti\u010dki procesi<\/p>\n<p>4. Funkcionalna analiza<\/p>\n<p><span>Informatika:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Multimedijalni sistemi<\/p>\n<p>2. Razvoj softvera<\/p>\n<p>3. Obrada i analiza digitalne slike<\/p>\n<p>4. Inteligentni sistemi.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon polo\u017eenih sedam (7) ispita student u dogovoru s predmetnim nastavnikom bira temu za magistarski (master) rad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. 2. Uslovi upisa studija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Magistarski studij<em> Matematike i informatike <\/em>na Pedago\u0161kom fakultetu mogu upisati kandidati koji su zavr\u0161ili dodiplomski (\u010detverogodi\u0161nji) studij Matematike i informatike na Pedago\u0161kim fakultetima na Odsjecima za matematiku i informatiku ili na Prirodno \u2013 matemati\u010dkim fakultetima na Odsjeku za matematiku, te kandidati koji su zavr\u0161ili srodan dodiplomski studij uz polaganje dodatnih ispita iz predmeta dodiplomskog studija, koje \u0107e odrediti Nastavno-nau\u010dno vije\u0107e Fakulteta, i prikupiti potreban broj ECTS bodova iz glavnih i obaveznih predmeta. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Za sve kandidate obavezno je poznavanje barem jednog stranog jezika (engleski, njema\u010dki, francuski, ruski). Prednost se daje kandidatima ve\u0107 uklju\u010denim u pojedine tokove pedago\u0161ko-didakti\u010dkog i nau\u010dnog rada sa posvjedo\u010denim sklonostima i pokazanim interesom za pedago\u0161ki rad i nau\u010dna istra\u017eivanja, te sa objavljenim stru\u010dnim i nau\u010dnim radovima.<\/p>\n<p>U nau\u010dno-istra\u017eiva\u010dkom radu, orijentacija na magistarskom studiju su savremene tendencije nau\u010dnog istra\u017eivanja iz matematike i informatike.<\/p>\n<p>Strani dr\u017eavljani prijavljuju se na konkurs pod uvjetima predvi\u0111enim Pravilima Univerziteta u Zenici i Pravilima Fakulteta.<\/p>\n<p>Nastavno-nau\u010dno vije\u0107e Fakulteta objavljuje konkurs na oglasnoj tabli Fakulteta i u jednom dnevnom listu. Vije\u0107e magistarskog studija (u daljem tekstu Vije\u0107e) imenuje konkursnu komisiju od tri \u010dlana koja daje prijedlog kandidata za prijem na magistarski studij. U slu\u010daju prijave ve\u0107eg broja kandidata nego \u0161to je prdvi\u0111eno konkursom prednost imaju kandidati sa boljim referencama iz prethodnog ciklusa studija. Izbor kandidata vr\u0161i Vije\u0107e studija.<\/p>\n<p>Studenti magistarskog stududija sa drugih fakulteta koji \u017eele izvr\u0161iti prelaz na magistarski studij <em>Matematike i informatike \u00a0<\/em>na Pedago\u0161kom fakultetu mogu to uraditi samo uz posebno odobrenje Vije\u0107a studija i uz konkretne uvjete koje ono propi\u0161e, a koji nisu predvi\u0111eni op\u0107im aktima o magistarskom studiju.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. 3. Cilj i k<\/strong><strong>ompetencije koje se stje\u010du zavr\u0161etkom magistarskog studija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cilj magistarskog studija <em>Matematike i informatike <\/em>je pro\u0161iriti, dopuniti, produbiti i dodatno osavremeniti i sistematizirati ste\u010dena znanja u dodiplomskom studiju, te osigurati vertikalnu akademsku prohodnost studentima koji su zavr\u0161ili prvi ciklus studija na Odsjeku za matematiku i informatiku.<\/p>\n<p>Zadaci studija ostvaruju se u obaveznim i izbornim predmetima i\/ili modulima tako da svaki sa svog nau\u010dnog aspekta pridonosi produbljivanju znanja iz matematike i informatike, te studenti stje\u010du sposobnosti matemati\u010dkog modeliranja problema i njihovog rje\u0161avanja kori\u0161tenjem matemati\u010dkih alata, stje\u010du znanja o savremenim softverskim paketima, programskim jezicima, te znanja o primjeni najnovije ra\u010dunarsko informati\u010dke tehnologije u razli\u010ditim zanimanjima, tako\u0111er se osposobljavaju za nastavak studija iz matematike ili informatike. Uspje\u0161no zavr\u0161en magistarski studij studentu omogu\u0107ava da nastavi doktorski studij (studij tre\u0107eg stepena) na Prirodno \u2013 matemati\u010dkom fakultetu u Sarajevu.<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj studij osposobljava studente za samostalni istra\u017eiva\u010dki rad i objavljivanje nau\u010dnih radova, osposobljava ih naro\u010dito za nau\u010dna istra\u017eivanja u podru\u010dju odgoja i
